Apple Activities

The weeks leading up to our study trip to the Apple Orchard are very fun and exciting. There are endless activities that you can find on TPT that teach about apples. Here are a few of my favorite activities and crafts that we did this year.

This book is called September Counting Apples. It integrates reading, number recognition, and counting. The kids enjoyed making this book. You can download it for FREE here.

This is an emergent reader called "Red Leaf, Red Leaf". It follows the pattern of Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See. Because we read Brown Bear back in August, the students loved this reader.
